The Story
In the spring of 2001, Willie Lewis Brown Jr., the Mayor of San Francisco declared that April 3rd, 2001 was "Guided By Voices" Day in San Francisco, to commemorate the release of Isolation Drills and celebrate the bands performance at Amoeba Records on that day.
Five copies of the Proclamation were made and each band member was given a copy. This copy was purchased on eBay from Tim Tobias. |
